Our success has triggered the initiation of this Minority, Women, and Veteran Owned Business Grants program across America. When we learned about the disproportionally high unemployment levels among Veterans and Minorities, we were even more motivated to support fellow business owners and reward their entrepreneurial spirit. Since lighting typically accounts for about a third of commercial electricity consumption, and our LEDs reduce the cost by 50% or more, every dollar saved can go towards either retaining or hiring key employees.
#1: 10% of the Cost of the Independence LED Retrofit Equipment up to $10,000 in Grant payments per business location. Please note that the entire Grant allocation for U.S. companies is $10,000,000, and the discounts on the Made in America Independence LED products are based on the date stamped requests of the first qualified applicants. The program includes a cap of 10 locations per business ownership group. At the $10,000 per location level, this program is designed to create economic advantages for at least 1,000 U.S. Minority, Women, or Veteran owned business enterprises.
#2: 100% of the Cost of an Energy Analysis.
The Energy Analysis centers on Savings Reports provided to the Grant recipient based on lighting information furnished by the end user.
#3: 6 Month Extension on the National CASH for CLUNKERS T12 program.
The program is currently scheduled to close July 4, 2016, and this Grant extends it to December 31, 2016. See: http://independenceled.com/cash-for-clunkers-lighting/
#4: $0 Down Payment Financing Options.
Cash flow positive financing is available for qualified businesses, subject to review by third party financing companies that are Independence LED strategic partners.
